Colton Perdue of Ocean View was victorious at the fourth annual Cody Hopkins Memorial/Diamond State 50 event Oct. 2 at U.S. 13 Kart Club in Delmar. Colton celebrated his first career win in the PeeWee Rookie class with family and friends.
