Community Bank Thanksgiving food drive supports area pantries

Community Bank Delaware’s Thanksgiving food drive received generous donations from customers and staff at its Lewes, Rehoboth, Long Neck and Seaford branches.

Partnering with local organizations, Community Bank works to strengthen food access and support families in need throughout Sussex County.

Food collected at the Lewes, Rehoboth and Long Neck branches was delivered to the Community Resource Center at 37510 Oyster House Road, Rehoboth Beach. The volunteer-driven center operates a food rescue program that assists low-income individuals and families.

Donations from the Seaford branch were delivered to the Seaford Community Food Closet at St. John’s United Methodist Church, which provides emergency food relief to those experiencing hardship in western Sussex County.
