Concerts by the Canal present Christine Havrilla and Gypsy Fuzz Aug. 15

The free Concerts by the Canal series continues its eighth season with the popular Christine Havrilla and Gypsy Fuzz at 7 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 15,  in Lewes Canalfront Park, 211 Front St.

This event is free and made possible through support of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and Friends of the Lewes Canalfront Park. Award-winning singer/songwriter Christine Havrilla uses the soft, gritty texture of her vocals to express warmth and honesty which complement her aggressive, raw guitar playing. She has an arsenal of songs that have endeared her to a devoted following, calling her unique style “neofunkadelicfolkpoptwangrock.” Attendees may bring a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy a fun, free concert on the banks of the beautiful Lewes-Rehoboth Canal.
