Cowards called out in Route 9 accident

February 11, 2021

On Wednesday, Jan. 20, there was an accident on Route 9 West. It was a head-on collision which could have proved deadly. A friend of mine was the one who pulled the young man out of his burning vehicle while four people stood on the side of the road and watched. I would like to call out those cowards who were standing on the side of the road watching this man’s car become engulfed in flames. I don’t care who you are or what you have done in life, no one deserves to die like that while careless individuals stand and watch. The man rescued from the car was a Black man who was pulled out of his car by my friend (also a Black male). To the cowards, if you are so racist that you are willing to stand by while a man dies in front of you simply because of the color of someone’s skin, then you deserve the same thing to happen to your loved ones. Please feel free to leave this country.  There is enough racism; all men are supposed to be created equal. I hope you think about this should you ever be in the same situation. You could’ve been the hero; instead you are just cowards.
