DAR chapter creates Presidents Day project for local school

The Nathaniel Mitchell Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution created its most recent service project in honor of Presidents Day.
Committee members led by Karen Parker, chair of the community classroom, made a cutout of George Washington with fun facts for North Georgetown Elementary School students to learn.
Teachers were given a book about George Washington and patriotic pencils for each student.
