Daria Rowe joins BHHS Gallo Realty

Andrew Ratner, vice president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty, announced that Daria Rowe has recently joined as a sales associate in the Rehoboth Beach office. Rowe will be concentrating on residential real estate sales. A native of Baltimore, Rowe vacationed in Rehoboth Beach since childhood and made Lewes her permanent home in 2010. Prior to joining BHHS Gallo Realty, she graduated from Towson University and has held many positions related to real estate, including mortgage loan processing, property management and sales of government-owned foreclosures. As a licensed Maryland Realtor, she also taught continuing education classes accredited by the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors for several years.

"It feels very natural for me to branch out into sales and help others find their perfect home," said Rowe. "As a child, I actually loved real estate! I remember asking my mother to visit open houses on Sunday afternoons. I've never outgrown this interesting childhood pursuit and have since learned that I have a special knack for helping others in the real estate arena."

Rowe considers herself lucky to be able to live near the beach and raise her children in such a beautiful and safe place. She resides in Lewes with her husband and her three teenage daughters. A former elementary school PTO officer, Rowe makes the most of her family time, watching her daughters play lacrosse, attending their dance recitals at Coastal Dance Academy, and driving on the beach with the family and their two boxers. She said, “Life is better when you love where you live."

Rowe looks forward to working with both buyers and sellers. "I believe in the importance of keeping clients informed and will work hard to keep them up-to-date every step of the way," she said. "I vow to provide the same high-quality service that I would expect as a client."
