Delaware Resorts Expos announced its eighth annual 55+ Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 2, at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes. The event is free to the public, and all ages are welcome to attend.
Exhibitors include health and wellness firms, medical facilities and services providers, home healthcare agencies, lifestyle coaches, physical therapy providers, physical fitness programs, 55+ residential communities, Realtors, home builders and renovators, insurance and financial firms, and home product and service companies.
Lead sponsor Beebe Healthcare will be providing free health screenings and evaluations, and free flu shots. Many exhibitors will be offering expo specials, and giving away gifts and prizes.
The Cape Gazette, media sponsor, will be offering discounts on subscriptions and sharing its informative 55+ special publication with all visitors.
Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth will be the event beneficiary for the seventh year. Representatives will be on hand to provide information on the organization’s valuable services and how people can support its work.
“Our past seven 55+ Expos were a tremendous success, and we look forward to giving visitors another opportunity to see a wide range of new products and services which benefit our 55+ community,” said Kathy Benson, Delaware Resorts 55+ Expo founder and organizer.
