Delaware Tech Owens Campus holds 46th commencement

Delaware Technical Community College’s Owens Campus conferred 762 academic awards, including 505 associate degrees, at the 46th Annual Commencement Ceremony held May 20. The graduating class was 70 percent female and featured 251 students graduating with academic excellence, 58 graduating summa cum laude, and 11 with a perfect 4.0 grade point average. The average age of the class of 2014 was 29, and the ages covered a 48-year span from 19 to 67 years old.
