Rainstorms throughout the day did not stop the inaugural Milton New Music and Wind Fest May 20.
Held adjacent to the town-owned parcel on Federal Street next to the Rails to Trails, the festival featured kite-making for children, artists selling their work and music by Ensemble Volcanic Ash.
