Most Dogfish Head Craft Brewery employees did not report to work April 11, at least not to their regular jobs. Instead, an army of 250 workers showed up to kick off National Volunteer Week by assisting Habitat for Humanity and AmeriCorps volunteers in an all-out building project at Ingram Village in Ellendale. The group worked on five houses and also built sheds during the marathon day of building. It was Dogfish Head's seventh annual Benevolence Day to give back to the community.
