Dogfish Head rings in the new year with Hop Drop
The new year arrived in Milton with the drop of a hop.
Dogfish Head hosted its Hop Drop Dec. 31, when a light-up hop was dropped from the top of the brewery’s fermenter tanks to the Steampunk Treehouse below.
Prior to the hop dropping, visitors were able to tour the treehouse, kids could get their faces painted, and folks could enjoy cider and, of course, Dogfish Head beer.
