Don’t miss the boat and the biggest party of the summer!
Beebe Medical Foundation, in partnership with the Cape May–Lewes Ferry, will once again hold the Beebe Beach Bash Saturday, June 4. The event will take place on the docked Delaware ferry boat. Guests will enjoy a tropical-themed evening that includes open bar, gourmet dining, dancing to The Fabulous Greaseband, charitable casino gambling, live and silent auctions, and fun activities.
The Beach Bash is also a call to action for the community to support the critical needs of Beebe’s Emergency Department. Dr. Kevin Bristowe says, “We are thankful for the community’s support of the Beebe Healthcare’s Emergency Department. With an ever-increasing resident population and growing number of tourists coming to the Delaware beaches, the Beach Bash provides a fun-filled opportunity for residents and summer friends to help us further advance our technology and provide the best patient experience possible.”
As our population grows and our beaches become more popular, so have the number of visitors to Beebe Healthcare’s Emergency Department. In fact, in the past three years from Memorial Day to Labor Day, we have seen an increase of over 2,000 visits per year to the department. Annually, there are more than 40,000 visits to the Emergency Department. Last year, more than 600 patrons attended the event to support Beebe Healthcare’s Emergency Department ,and to celebrate the excellent care our physicians, nurses, and other Beebe team members provide each and every day.
