In 2004, he was named Delaware’s Engineer of the Year.
Having served in various capacities at the local and national levels, Johnson has been an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies and the Delaware Engineering Society. He is currently serving on the executive leadership team for the Delaware American Heart Association’s STEM Go Red program, which promotes increased awareness of STEM for young women in the community.
