East Coast Garden Center hosts customer appreciation day

East Coast Garden Center hosted a vendor showcase and customer appreciation day April 9.

Despite the snow, rain and occasional sunshine, there were lots of activities, food, fun and prizes. This year they also had the pleasure of having gardening guru Judy Sharpton, who taught two classes on container planting. There were also many vendors who donated prizes such as planters, gift cards, peony trees, perennials and a grand prize from Angersteins, a patio and install.

This annual event is a way for vendors to introduce themselves to customers. The vendor showcases the many ways consumers can enhance their landscape, from paver patios and firepits to water features and fountains. Vendors included were Angersteins, BFG Supply, Bonide, Complete Aquatics, C. Rick Baker Construction, Griffin, Site One Landscape Supply, Star Roses, and Delaware Nature Society.

East Coast Garden Center and The Cordrey Center are located at 30366 Cordrey Road, Millsboro.
