Eileen R. Fetterman, loved fishing, crabbing

Eileen R. Fetterman, 77, of Millsboro passed away Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin, Md.

Eileen was born in Philadelphia, Pa., daughter of the late Walter Jr. and Anna N. (Dodd) Reeves.

She worked for Xcalibur Group in King of Prussia, Pa., for many years before retiring.  Several years prior, she worked for the Defense Supply Department in the DOD.  She was a member of the United Methodist Community, most recently at Providence United Methodist Church. Eileen has enjoyed a lifetime of fishing, crabbing and boating in the Delaware Bay.  Love’s Creek was one of her favorite spots even as a child.  Eileen also enjoyed sewing.

Eileen is survived by her husband, Clinton W. Fetterman Sr.; three children, Clinton W. Fetterman II and wife Cynthia A., Deborah A. Stine and husband John F. IV, and James C. Fetterman; nine grandchildren, Kelly Fetterman, Daniel Fetterman, John Stine V, Jeremy Stine, Jessica Stine, James Fetterman, II, Melisa Fetterman, Alexia Fetterman, and Madison Fetterman; three great-grandchildren, Gianna Schoenfeld, James Fetterman III and Emmett Fetterman.  She is also survived by one brother, Walter F. Reeves III and wife Gina; three sisters-in-law, Susan Bugg, Donna Dillon and Joan Ingram; and a brother-in-law, Karl Fetterman.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Jan. 16, at St. Johns United Methodist Church, 22179 Gravel Hill Road, Georgetown.  Friends and family may call from 11 a.m. to noon.  Private services to follow for immediate family only.  All attending will be required to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.  

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Providence U.M.
