Enjoying breathtaking views on Mount Royal with the Cape Gazette

November 3, 2018

Cape Henlopen Senior Center members enjoyed a 7-day trip to the Island of Coudres in Quebec, Canada. Besides spending 3 days on the island that is uniquely located on the St. Lawrence River, the group toured Quebec City, the Charlevoix region and Montreal where they visited Mount Royal Park for this breathtaking view and a chance to catch up on news from back home. Mount Royal is a large volcanic-related hill or small mountain in the city of Montreal, immediately west of Downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The City of Montreal takes its name from Mount Royal.
