Enjoying summer vacation in Switzerland with the Cape Gazette

In August, The Touw family (Steve, Joelle, Isla, Lily and Ruby) of Lewes traveled throughout Switzerland for their summer vacation. They stayed in Lucerne, Zermatt and Wengen, visiting the many beautiful lakes, waterfalls, and mountaintops in the Swiss Alps, including the famous Matterhorn as pictured. They also enjoyed traveling by train to Jungfraujoch, also known as the Top of Europe, which is the highest altitude railway station in Europe at 3,454 meters (11,352 feet) above sea level.
