In June, Molly Young, Beth Law, Cindy Winkler and Mary Ross, all of Nassau Grove in Lewes, went on a walking tour in Croatia. They brought the Gazette with them to read on one of the walks, which turned into a hike, to the top of Vidova Gora. Vidova Gora, at 2,552 feet above sea level, is the highest peak on the island of Brač, Croatia, and the highest peak of all 1,000 Adriatic Islands. They hope to return someday to conquer a few more islands.
