Dover Downs reschedules Rollins Center shows
Dover Downs has rescheduled all spring and summer entertainment at the Rollins Center, including Jeffrey Osborne, now set Friday, Sept. 25; Aaron Lewis, Saturday, Oct. 31; Strictly Sinatra Band - Rat Pack, Friday, Dec. 4; and America, Friday, Jan. 29, 2021. All tickets from previous dates will be honored. Coastal Concerts canceled its last two 2019-20 concerts, Andrew Garland/Warren Jones (March 14) and Tessa Lark/Michael Thurber (April 18), and will reschedule both shows for next season. Tulip celebration schedule modified
Activities now canceled for the 11th Annual Tulip Celebration set April 3-12 include the photography contest and exhibition, tulip trolley tours, plant and flower sales by Lewes in Bloom and the inaugural children’s photography exhibition. Floral demonstrations will be offered 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, April 11, at Floral Inspirations, 524 E. The 52nd Great Delaware Kite Festival, Friday, April 10, has been canceled.

British Motorcar Show canceled
The British Motorcar Show, The British are coming...Again, Saturday, May 2, in Lewes, has been canceled.

Prime Hook lecture canceled at Milton CHEER
Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge’s program, The Coastal Zone Act, An Evolving Legacy, scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, has been canceled. 

Rehoboth Art League closed; sales online
Rehoboth Art League will remain closed through May 15, but its gallery of artwork is now online and available for purchase, along with gift cards for future art purchases or class fees. Options for online classes and remote learning are being explored. DNREC adjusts operations
DNREC Delaware State Parks campgrounds, playgrounds and all public restrooms including bathrooms, bathhouses and portable toilets are closed; campground reservations through May 15 are canceled. Full refunds will be issued for affected reservations. Vehicle access to parks may be limited at times when visitor usage is observed to cause crowding and prevent safe social distancing. These limits will be implemented by DNREC’s Natural Resources Police. Park offices and nature centers remain closed; programs and tours are canceled. The use of beaches, including those at state parks, is limited to exercising, walking dogs, and surf fishing under very restricted conditions. Some municipalities have further restrictions. Parking and fishing at Indian River Inlet is permitted.

Public hearings will be available via phone or video conference. The public can submit comments via email, online form or regular mail. Sales of fishing licenses, hunting licenses, wildlife area conservation access passes and boat registrations will be online only or at open third-party vendors; go to dnrec.delaware.gov. Commercial fishing license sales are at the Dover DNREC office by appointment only; call 302-739-9916. Applications and information provided for well, septic, air, water and other permits are being accepted by email, mail and phone. DNREC offices remain open with limited services. Questions can be handled at the call center, 877-987-2757. Information about event status will be posted to the online events calendar, parks program calendar and social media pages, Facebook and Twitter.

Georgetown chamber events canceled
All Georgetown Chamber of Commerce events scheduled for April have been canceled, including the Wednesday, April 15 Mixer; and the Wednesday, April 22 Member Lunch. Go to www.georgetowncoc.com.

Tanger Outlets closed
Tanger Outlets Rehoboth is closed. Retailers may still schedule deliveries and access the stores as needed. Changes to center hours will be posted on tangeroutlets.com.

Delaware Safety Council closed, classes canceled
The Delaware Safety Council office is closed, with remote operations ongoing, and all on- and off-site classes through May 15 are canceled.
