Family carries the Gazette to (possibly) the highest elevation the paper has ever been

Pierce, Marc and Margaux Lopez are pictured holding the Cape Gazette at possibly the highest elevation to which the Cape Gazette has ever been carried. Marc traveled with his children to Tanzania in order to hike up Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa and also known as the tallest free-standing mountain on Earth. They hiked the mountain from December 24 to December 30, 2018, reaching the summit at daybreak on day 6, December 29, 2018.
