Film society to screen National Theatre Live’s ‘Hamlet’

The Rehoboth Beach Film Society announced upcoming screenings of “Hamlet” as part of its 2023 National Theatre Live series at the Cinema Art Theater near Lewes.

As a country arms itself for war, a family tears itself apart. Forced to avenge his father's death but paralyzed by the task ahead, Hamlet (played by Benedict Cumberbatch) rages against the impossibility of his predicament, threatening both his sanity and the security of the state.

Admission is $20 for members, $25 for general audiences, $22 for seniors and $5 for students, with student tickets available only at the theater box office, 17701 Dartmouth Drive, Lewes.
