Food Bank to host health fair for seniors April 28 in Milford

The Food Bank of Delaware will hold a spring Senior Health Fair from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Tuesday, April 28, in its Milford facility at 102 Delaware Veterans Blvd.

This event will provide resources and support for seniors. With 30 vendors in attendance, seniors will have access to a wide range of resources, giveaways and information targeted to help improve their health and well-being. In addition, participants will receive free pantry essentials.

Vendors will include: University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, Pace Your Life, Bayhealth, Contact Lifeline, First State Community Action Agency, Easter Seals Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore, At Home Agency Care, the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration and more.

The Senior Health Fair is open to all senior citizens, and there is no cost to attend. Preregistration is requested; to sign up, go to fbd.org/senior-health-fair.
