Four Cape wrestlers reach state finals

Four Cape wrestlers have reached the final round of the DIAA Individual State Wrestling Championships. The final-round bouts will begin at 7:05 p.m., tonight at Cape Henlopen High School.

The Vikings' upper weights proved to be strong in the tournament so far, as Justin Lopez (170), Aaron Mattioni (195), Thomas Ott (220) and Nick Carroll (285) all remain unbeaten entering their final matches of the tournament.

Ott is seeking his third straight state championship.
