The Friends of Cape Henlopen State Park will hold its annual flea market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, March 15, at the Officers Club in the park. This is a rain-or-shine event. Park entry fees are in effect.
A variety of gently used treasures, unique finds and household items will be offered at bargain prices, with proceeds going to support the Friends’ educational programs for schoolchildren.
Friends merchandise will also be available, including some clearance items. Friends members receive a 10% discount on all merchandise. Credit and debit cards are accepted for purchases over $10.
Donations for the event offer a great opportunity for decluttering one’s home of unwanted gifts and items no longer in use. Clean, usable donations may be dropped off at the Officers Club from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, March 14.
