Gals That Give donates $4,500 to Children’s Beach House

Gals That Give, a social organization founded to raise funds for nonprofit organizations, recently presented a check for $4,500 to Children’s Beach House in Lewes. The funds were raised during a March 16 event at The Clubhouse at Baywood.

“Children’s Beach House was a fabulous charity partner to kick off the 2023 Gals That Give calendar,” said Stephanie Adams, Gals That Give board member. “Our team expanded these events to be statewide last year, and we are excited to see them taking off in Sussex County. On behalf of our entire #DoGood team, I want to thank everyone who attended or sponsored the March event. If you missed the fun, don’t worry. We’re hosting another Gals event at Baywood on Oct. 25.”

Children’s Beach House Executive Director Richard Garrett said, “We are so grateful to Gals That Give. They were great to work with, and the event was so much fun. Their members and guests were incredibly generous and deeply interested in the work of Children’s Beach House.”
