A Georgetown man faces driving under the influence, drug and weapon charges March 12 following a traffic stop on Route 9 west of Lewes.

Mikkail Stephens, 33, of Georgetown, was driving a 2003 Cadillac DeVille at 1:17 a.m. going west on Route 9 near Minos Conaway Road when police saw him swerving and crossing over his lane of travel, said Sr. Cpl. Leonard DeMalto of the Delaware State Police.

When the trooper stopped the car, DeMalto said, Stephens displayed signs of impairment and was taken into custody.
