Georgetown presents Little Miss, Junior Miss pageants

The 2011 Little Miss and Junior Miss Georgetown Pageant took place at the Grace United Methodist Church in Georgetown on Saturday, March 19, 2011. This year’s annual event was the 54th annual Little Miss pageant and the 6th annual Junior Miss pageant.

There were nine beautiful and amazing girls from the town of Georgetown who came to show their personalities and talents for a room full of family, friends, and fans. The young ladies were escorted to the stage by Connor Hitchens.

Winners in the Little Miss division were as follows: Overall Interview Award, Setara McGee; Overall Talent Award, MaLayna Blanco; Miss Congeniality, Madge Layfield; 1st Runner Up, Kamryn Davis; and Little Miss Georgetown 2011, MaLayna Blanco.

Winners in the Junior Miss division were as follows: Overall Interview Award, Kaiya Hall; Overall Talent Award, Isabella Geren; Academic Award, Isabella Geren; Miss Congeniality, Kaiya Hall; 1st Runner Up, Jade Taylor; and Junior Miss Georgetown 2011, Isabella Geren.

An Overall Admissions Award and the Hospitality Award was given to Setara McGee. The Best Themed Basket Award went to Emma Brewington and the People’s Choice Award was presented to Kamryn Davis.
