Phase 1 of the $11 million project is expected to take about 430 days to complete, according to project vendor Costello Construction. It involves building the new town hall and police department.
Phase 2, which entails transferring operations to the new facility, demolishing the existing building, and building the emergency medical services quarters, is estimated to take about 170 days.
The length of the timeline could vary depending on weather and availability of building materials.
