Harbor Point development withdrawn
Lingo will submit plans to Sussex County instead

Harbor Point, a 69-unit project proposed just outside Lewes near New Road, has been withdrawn from consideration in Lewes.
At the end of the Lewes Planning Commission's Oct. 1 meeting, Chairman Mike Mahaffie said developer Jack Lingo Asset Management would instead submit plans to Sussex County.
