Heather Miller and Christopher Flood exchange vows

Heather Miller and Christopher Flood, both of Lewes, were married Saturday, March 24, 2012, at Lewes Presbyterian Church in Lewes. The Rev. D. Michael Smith, minister of the Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware church, presided over the ceremony.

Heather is the daughter of Lou Ann and Robin Miller of New Holland, Pa., and the granddaughter of Barbara Schadel of Gettysburg, Pa., and the late Clyde and Evelyn Miller of Graterford, Pa.

Chris is the son of Carolyn and David Flood of Biddeford, Maine, and the grandson of Esther D. Reynolds and the late James R. Reynolds of Milton, and James A. Flood and the late Mary Flood of Dover.

The bride’s matron of honor was Jessica Uptegrove of Smithfield, Va. Her bridesmaid was Melanie Liesener of Lewes.

The groom’s best man was Adam Flood, brother of the groom, of Biddeford. His groomsman was Brett Miller, brother of the bride, of Los Angeles, Calif.

A wedding reception was held at Irish Eyes Restaurant in Lewes. The couple honeymooned in Spain.
