Hennessey-Brand wedding announced

Jon Ryan Hennessey of Georgetown and Courtney Amanda Brand of Lewes were married June 24. The wedding took place at Conley’s United Methodist Church with friends, family and their daughter Kinnley Rae Brand. The wedding was followed by a mermaid-themed reception at Pot-Nets Lakeside to celebrate the love the family shared with everyone. Jon and Courtney met when her daughter Kinnley was a little over 5 months old and he has been right by Courtney’s and Kinnley’s side ever since. They knew they day they met their worlds were forever changed. The son of Dave Hennessey and Sue Hennessy, Jon has been employed at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Millsboro since 2008. The daughter of Howard Brand Jr. and Wanda Brand, Courtney is a hairstylist with Urban Studios in Rehoboth. They plan a honeymoon to Las Vegas in the fall.  SUBMITTED PHOTO
