Irish Eyes in Milton presented checks to two organizations using money raised during the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade.
The first check, for $4,000, was awarded to the Milton Chamber of Commerce. Also receiving a check from Irish Eyes was the Gladys Wilkins Scholarship. Named for Milton native Gladys Wilkins, the scholarship provides funding for Sussex County students pursuing a career in agriculture. Accepting the $2,000 check is (l-r) Tom Jones, along with canine pal Bailey Jones, John Potocki, Kathy Newcomb, Maryellen Kiernan, Charlene Jones and Mike Newcomb.
