Lewes resident Izzy Zigman, 9 years old, collected more than $300 worth of donations for the Delaware Humane Association Rehoboth Adoption Center. Items included seven bags of dog food for a total weight of 145 pounds, plus treats, toys, leashes, collars, bowls, cleaning supplies and more.
