Seven Cape High JROTC cadets were honored with awards by American Legion Post 28 in Millsboro Oct. 23 for their academic, community service and JROTC achievement this past year.
Cole Braydon received the Bronze Medal of Merit, Bryan Ramirez received the Silver Medal of Merit, Montana Jones earned the Gold Medal of Merit, Ninfa Cantu received the Americanism Medal, Janiah Maltbie earned the Scholastic Excellence Medal, Dane Reyes received the Military Excellence Medal, and Tyller Maltbie received the Americanism Medal.
