KS Nails and Spa opens in the Centre at Lewes

KS Nails and Spa offers manicures and spa pedicures on Savannah Road in Lewes, and patrons have been quick to offer praise for its services.

Now working in their shop at the Centre at Lewes, not far from Route 1, owners Scott and Kim Nguyen said the move came after working locally for years, and they brought their clients with them. 

Lewes resident Amelia Miles was in recently for an ultraviolet gel fill on her fingernails and said Kim's technique has inspired her loyalty.

"I followed her from Rehoboth,' Miles said. "She's very talented, and she makes you feel relaxed – and she understands the art of nails."

Patron Kate Lloyd is also a Lewes resident, and she testified to the durability of the gel manicures she receives at Scott's station.

A self-admitted nail-trasher, Lloyd said she never had any manicures that could last through her constant hand-washing as a nurse until she started visiting Scott.

"I just follow him around now," Lloyd said, looking down at her fingers. "Nail polish usually lasted two days. My nails survived a move, and it was almost three weeks before they were gone."

Her manicures at KS Nails have also alleviated some of the painful dryness and cracking she was experiencing, Lloyd said.

"My nails were flimsy; he fixed them," she said. "They were a mess. They hurt! Now you have to cut them before they break."

KS Nails is also home to six spa pedicure stations where clients can choose from an assortment of indulgent services and children's packages.
