Serious fun for people who help with serious issues
December 7, 2022

Lefty’s Alleys & Eats decided that for Giving Tuesday this year they would give back to local nonprofit organizations that seem to give the most to the community.

While Lefty’s received more than 200 submissions, 10 lucky groups were selected to receive a donation and a night of delicious food, great drinks and entertaining games. A total of $5,000 was donated, as each nonprofit received $500.

Sonshine Equine Horsemanship and Therapeutic Riding Center, Ronald McDonald House of Delaware, Harry K Foundation, Pathways to Success, Lewes Public Library, Friends of Cape Henlopen State Park, English as a Second Language program at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, Second Street Players, ColeStrong Foundation and Lighthouse for Broken Wings were selected as winners.
