Lewes adds beach access mat at Roosevelt Inlet

The City of Lewes has installed a beach access mat at Roosevelt Inlet in an effort to improve access for visitors with physical or mobility needs. The project was made possible through a Community Transportation Fund grant from Sen. Ernie Lopez, R-Lewes, and the educational effort of Mason’s Mobility Mission.
