Lewes BPW treasurer required and found in Earl Webb

April 16, 2021

I recently retired as the treasurer on the Lewes Board of Public Works.  Earl Webb was appointed as treasurer to fill my vacancy.

I have met with and spoken to Earl often.  His passion to learn and understand the role was refreshing. I believe that Earl Webb should now be elected to continue his role as treasurer.  Earl has the financial depth of experience and is a safe pair of hands for the board and customers.

Earl and I talked about his desire to start a finance committee that reflects a best practice he learned  from the city. He wants to expand  BPW’s continuing efforts to be inclusive and transparent.

Earl Webb will continue to be in charge of the monitoring and recording of all financial transactions...and he will act to improve the transparency of the financial functions.

Vote for Earl Webb Saturday, May  8.
