The Lewes Parks & Recreation Commission, along with Mayor Ted Becker and members of Lewes City Council, celebrated Arbor Day April 2. Arborist Ronnie Kowalski from Bartlett Tree Experts presented a talk on ArborScope, a program in which all the trees in Lewes have been tagged and identified. A red maple tree was also dedicated in honor of Warren Golde, for his service and volunteerism.
