Lewes Realty welcomes new agent Cary Boczon

Lewes Realty recently announced the addition of sales agent Cary Boczon.

As a local property owner who has been a builder and real estate investor for most of his life, Boczon understands the value of neighborhood and community. 

The many Delaware beach communities offer a variety of neighborhood experiences, he said. “Many communities have homeowner association or condo fees. Some have lot rent or land rent. Fee structures and amenities vary. Understanding what you get for your money is important,” said Boczon. He will help clients simplify and compare properties so they can make informed decisions about their purchase.

As Eastern Shore native, Boczon said trips to the beach were a highlight of his childhood. “I often reminisce about these trips. I am here to help you and your loved ones make memories.”
