Lewes-Rehoboth Rotary welcomes realtor Linda Millikin

Ocean Atlantic Realtor Linda Millikin is the newest member of the Lewes-Rehoboth Rotary Club. Millikin, a native Washingtonian who recently relocated to Lewes from Maryland, is focused on selling coastal real estate. She sold real estate back in the 1970s but then switched to careers in sales, marketing and creating content for trade shows for Maryland and D.C. businesses.

Real estate was always her first love, so when she and her husband, Steve, relocated to Lewes 18 months ago, she jumped at a chance to join the Ocean Atlantic team.

And she was excited at the opportunity to join Rotary. “For a while all my friends have been telling me I should join Rotary and that I would enjoy it,” said Millikin, who has a finance degree from the University of Maryland. “I’ve always been involved in my community, and Rotary is a great way to give back. I believe in the concept of `Givers gain,’ which says that whatever you give comes back.”

Millikin loves gardening and can’t wait to get going in her Senators backyard. She has three daughters and two grandchildren, all in Maryland.
