Lisa Mathena Group antique car entry wins in Milford parade
The Lisa Mathena Group has won countless real estate sales awards. Now the team has added another trophy to its collection: Best Antique Car in the 2018 Milford Community Parade.
The Oct. 17 parade featured dozens of antique vehicles as well as custom floats and costume entries reflecting the parade theme Autumn Spooktacular. The Lisa Mathena Group’s entry was a 1952 MG convertible with a Spooktacular-themed 10-foot backdrop.
“We have had this great car for several years, and it’s prominently featured in our company logo,” said Mathena. “One of my agents who lives in Milford, Dean Donovan, kept telling me that we should enter the car in local parades, so this year we decided to do just that. The fact that we won was icing on the cake.“
