Llywella Audrey White Stuchlik, remarkable lady
Llywella Audrey White Stuchlik passed on to heaven peacefully March 2, 2023, just two weeks shy of her 91st birthday, to join her beloved husband, Charles, who preceded her in death Jan. 27, 2007. She was born March 16, 1932, in Lewes, to Lew and Mary Alice White, and was the last and youngest of their nine children.
Llywella chose to prepare her own obituary when she was diagnosed with late-stage metastatic pancreatic cancer in the summer of 2022, and her family is honoring her wish. She was a remarkable lady, and her family was blessed to have her for so many years. Her loving words and thoughts follow:
I graduated from Lewes High School June 9, 1950, and married Charles F. Stuchlik III June 10, 1950. We enjoyed the ups and downs of life and marriage for almost 57 years. We loved our life raising three great guys, Charles, Terry and Tim, and later, along came three daughters-in-law, Kristie, Kelly and Laurie. We loved our five grandchildren, who added even more love to our family, and then later on I loved lots of great-grandchildren.
I enjoyed my time living at The Moorings in Lewes for the last decade along with so many nice residents, friends, and a wonderful staff.
My wish is to have no funeral service or memorial. My cremation will be handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
If anyone wishes to donate to a charity on my behalf, I suggest donations to Delaware Hospice, at delawarehospice.org; or to the Alzheimer’s Association, alz.org.
I love you all. Enjoy each and every day.
