Local author to sign children’s picture books July 20

Local author Chris Fedorka Tomalin will sign copies of her children’s picture books from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sunday, July 20, at Browseabout Books in Rehoboth Beach.
Titles include "Oscar, the Obstinate Osprey," "Sammy, the Sagacious Owl” and" "Hank, the Unhappy Great Blue Heron."
With captivating illustrations, Tomalin’s books introduce vocabulary words and important values to young readers.
