Local businesses continue turkey dinner donations for family holidays

Atlantic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Inc. and Platinum Roofs Inc. teamed up again Nov. 17 to help feed local families for the holidays.

Atlantic started the turkey drive many years ago, donating a turkey to the Food Bank of Delaware for every heating and air conditioning system sold during an October-November time frame. Platinum Roofs joined in several years ago and provides all the side dishes. This year, the partners were able to provide 125 turkeys and side dishes for holiday meals.

Both companies are locally owned and operated, and thank their customers for allowing them the opportunity to support the local community.
