Local businesses team up to support Epworth food ministry

November 20, 2025

Taco Reho and Tough Luck Tattoo will join forces this weekend to benefit the food ministry programs at Epworth United Methodist Church in Rehoboth Beach.

The businesses will host a one-time Tattoo Flash Sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 22 and 23, at Tough Luck Tattoo, 17728 Coastal Hwy., Lewes; and a Can Drop-off will continue from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., daily through Sunday, Nov. 30, at Taco Reho, 18784 Coastal Hwy, Rehoboth.

The collaboration was sparked by Taco Reho’s month-long Heavy Metal Can Drive, launched Nov. 1, to collect canned goods for Epworth UMC, which feeds more than 200 local families each week. When Taco Reho’s neighbors, Tough Luck Tattoo, heard about the effort, they reached out asking to help, and the owners came up with a plan.

Tough Luck artists will offer exclusive Taco Reho-inspired and taco-themed designs created just for the weekend event, and 100% of proceeds will be donated to Epworth UMC. After getting inked, guests are encouraged to swing by Taco Reho to drop off canned goods, all going toward helping feed families in need.
