Local Mediacom employees earn awards and recognition
Six local Mediacom employees earned the company's top customer service awards during a ceremony held at Mediacom's Regional Field Operations Center in Dagsboro. The six area residents were cited for outstanding service and earned top performance rankings among Mediacom peers regionally and nationally.
Jaimee Brittingham, a resident of Ellendale, was recognized with the national silver-level award for her outstanding sales performance as a customer service representative. Brittingham is one of 30 recipients from across the company to earn a silver-level award.
Dannette Clark, a resident of Dagsboro and 28-year employee of Mediacom, was presented the region's Payment Center Representative of the Year Award for her work as a customer service representative.
Katie Brinsfield, a resident of Frankford, earned the system's Area Operations Employee of the Year Award for her work as an administrative associate. Brinsfield has been employed with Mediacom for 12 years.
Robert Startzel, a resident of Bethany Beach, was the recipient of the People's Choice Award for his exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction scores as a broadband specialist in the technical operations field.
Heather Mustian, a resident of Dagsboro and 11-year employee of Mediacom, earned the Employees' Choice Award for her outstanding customer service performance as a customer service representative.
Nancy Marvel, a resident of Dagsboro and 17-year employee of Mediacom, was recognized with the People's Choice Award for her exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction scores as a customer service representative.
