Milton woman graduates from Bloomsburg

Caitlin Elphick of Milton graduated from Bloomsburg University during its fall 2021 commencement ceremonies.

Locals earn degrees from University of Maryland Global Campus

The University of Maryland Global Campus announced local students who earned degrees in fall 2021 are Constance Righter, bachelor of science, accounting, Millsboro; and Jessica Dassen, master of science, environmental management, Millsboro.

Lewes man graduates from Misericordia 

Misericordia University announced Jared Kay of Lewes received his bachelor of science degree in business administration in commencement ceremonies held Dec. 19.

Milton man graduates from University of Tennessee 

Jonathan Duane Jones of Milton was among students who received degrees from the University of Tennessee at Martin during commencement ceremonies held in December. 

Rehoboth student earns doctor of chiropractic degree

Ryan Sod of Rehoboth Beach graduated with a doctor of chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic's Florida campus in Port Orange, Fla., Sept. 24.

Sarah Kochan of Lewes graduated in May with a degree in sociology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Claudia Ratner of Lewes earns law degree from Hofstra

Hofstra University announced that Claudia Ratner of Lewes graduated in May 2021 having earned a juris doctor degree in law.

Having completed the requirements as of summer 2020, Brittany Hart of Milton graduated from Montclair State University with a master of science degree in chemistry.

Locals graduate from Widener 

Widener University announced local graduates. Matthew Aszman of Rehoboth Beach earned a master of arts in psychology. Marc Messner of Rehoboth Beach earned a master of social work. Samantha Stryczek of Milton earned a bachelor of science in nursing.

Lewes woman graduates from Emerson

Emerson College announced that Caitlin Hudecheck of Lewes graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree in stage and production management.

Dana Harp of Lewes graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with an applied technology component in project management.

Lewes students graduate from Baylor

Baylor University announced two Lewes students graduated in May 2021. Madelyn Renee Kinneary earned a bachelor of science in anthropology. Margret Penelope McLaughlin earned a bachelor of science in public health. Kinneary also was named to the dean’s list for the spring. 

Lewes woman graduates from Springfield College

Courtney Boyle of Lewes has earned a bachelor of science degree in human services from Springfield College for studies completed in 2021.

Local man graduates from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

Ryan Johnson of Bridgeville was awarded a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Johnson is the son of Bonnie and James Johnson of Bridgeville. He earned a bachelor of science degree in medical diagnostics from the University of Delaware in 2017 and is a 2013 graduate of Sussex Tech High School.

Lewes resident graduates from Hood College

Ben LeBarron of Lewes graduated from Hood College in May with a bachelor of arts degree in law and criminal justice.

Millsboro woman graduates from William & Mary

Madeleine Moore from Millsboro recently graduated from the College of William & Mary with a bachelor of science degree.

Lewes woman graduates from Dickinson College

Natalie Ginez, daughter of Andres and Gwendolyn Ginez of Lewes, graduated cum laude from Dickinson College with a bachelor of arts degree in archaeology. She also earned dean's list recognition and departmental honors in archaeology.

Rehoboth man graduates from Bucknell

Bucknell University announced that Tom Golden of Rehoboth Beach graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business administration in accounting and financial management.

James Madison University announced the following local students graduated during the May 2021 commencement exercises. Bryan Eagle of Millsboro earned a degree in political science. Emma Ludwicki of Rehoboth Beach graduated with master of education degree in teaching. Neave Michaels of Rehoboth Beach graduated with a degree in management.

Amanda Aris of Lewes graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a master of science degree in communication.

Millsboro woman graduates from Georgia Tech

Brittany Ritter of Millsboro has earned a bachelor of science in industrial design with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Milton man graduates from Bridgewater College

Jacob W. Pangle of Milton graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science in health and exercise science from Bridgewater College. He also earned a perfect 4.0 grade point average and was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2021 semester.

McPherson College announced that Kyle J. Lux of Lewes graduated with a bachelor of science degree in physical education with a concentration in sports management.

Wilkes University announced that Emma Fantoli of Milton received a bachelor of science in nursing.

Rehoboth resident graduates from Albright

Thomas William Ibach of Rehoboth Beach earned a bachelor of arts degree from Albright College. A graduate of Saint Thomas More Academy, Ibach majored in political science.

Thea Knapp of Millsboro has graduated magna cum laude from the University of Findlay with a bachelor of arts in Japanese.

Madison Nickel of Millsboro has graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor of science in education.

Lewes man graduates from College of Charleston

Brendan Doherty of Lewes recently graduated with a bachelor of science in supply chain management from the College of Charleston. Doherty also was named to the dean's list for the 2021 spring semester.

Lebanon Valley College announced three local residents who are recent graduates.

Kirstyn McNamara of Milton received a bachelor of science in exercise science, magna cum laude. McNamara is a graduate of Sussex Tech. 

Andrew Tung of Millsboro received a bachelor of arts in economics. Tung is a graduate of Sussex Central High School.

Shelby Hoke of Millsboro received a B.S. in exercise science. Hoke is a graduate of Sussex Tech.
