Local woman to offer Polish specialties at craft fair Nov. 1

Elizabeth Nagel, a self-described Polish gal originally from Buffalo, will be offering her favorite homemade dishes for purchase during the Angola Beach and Estates Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 1, at 22971 Suburban Blvd., Lewes.
Nagel’s specialties include cheese and potato pierogi with her own twarog (farmers cheese) for the filling, golombki (stuffed cabbage rolls), and placzek, Polish sweet bread enjoyed as an Easter morning tradition, along with other delicious items.
Customers can enjoy lunch during the craft fair while shopping for unique handmade arts and crafts, or take selections to go. Preorders can also be made for holiday treats; email eliznagel@icloud.com for details.
