Longtime Realtor Sue Clow joins Oldfather Group

July 1, 2019

The Oldfather Group of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty announced that longtime Delaware real estate agent Sue Clow has joined the firm’s constantly growing sales team.

Clow comes to the Oldfather Group after more than two decades working for the Lennar Corp. as both a senior sales consultant and an area sales manager. She brings her experience in southern Delaware’s unique real estate environment to the Oldfather Group, for the last several years one of the leading sales teams in Sussex County.

“When I decided that I was going to continue my career in Delaware, I knew that I wanted to join a true team that was respected and on the cutting edge of marketing,” said Clow, who has made her home in Milton since 2005. “I found all of that and more with the Oldfather Group, and I’m very excited for what the future holds.”

Clow has held her Delaware real estate license since 2007, and was also previously licensed in Maryland. She worked for several years to help build out the Plantation Lakes community in Millsboro, and will now use her expertise primarily in Delaware’s coastal areas.

“We’re excited to be adding someone with Sue’s knowledge and experience to our sales team here at the Delaware beaches,” said Dustin Oldfather, the company’s chief executive. “We have admired and appreciated her style and expertise in our cooperative transactions for the past decade, in her new home sales role, and we’re delighted that she decided to join us in the residential community. Sue is an extraordinary talent and she has hit the ground running.”

Clow loves working with new clients and helping them make the best decisions for themselves and their families. Her favorite local things are the area’s breathtaking beaches, and the small-town charm and hidden treasures of Delaware’s southernmost county.

“I can really never get enough of the scenery you experience when driving down a country road here in Sussex County,” she said. “The old barns set back in a large field, with a giant sky above them, as well as the small hidden waterways to explore and the many different sounds of nature not heard in the large cities – these are all the kinds of things that make this area so unique.”

Clow began her career with the Oldfather Group in May and is focusing on residential sales throughout Sussex County. For more information, go to www.TheOldfatherGroup.com.
